ADNet to launch accessibility network
by AD NetPrint Article Email to a Friend
GOSHEN, Ind.—A new program of Anabaptist Disabilities Network (ADNet) will promote congregational accessibility for people with disabilities and mental illness. The new endeavor, called the Congregational Accessibility Network (CAN), is being launched at Mennonite Church USA’s San José 2007 convention, July 2-6.
An online survey will generate the code for a congregation to put a seal on its Web site. The CAN seal will provide information at a glance about the specific ways in which that congregation is accessible.
