The legacy of CPS
by Daniel Hertzler, Scottdale, Pa.You did well to feature “The Legacy of CPS,” and Ted Grimsrud was the one to write it. I am sorry your illustrator did not find the names of the individuals used to illustrate the article. The omission of these names blunts the journalistic impact of the illustrations. The man in the left back row of the cover illustration is H. Ralph Hernley, who was director of the Sideling Hill camp along the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
