Look at the past objectively
by Bonnie Bergey, Souderton, Pa.Re Ross Bender’s letter (Readers Say, Oct. 2): It is always good to know more about the past. It is possible to be critical of some aspects of our Mennonite heritage, without any kind of self-hate because you have to look at the past objectively, as it impacts the present. And denial is not objective, especially not Holocaust denial.
