CPT begins three-month project in Congo

CHICAGO—Christian Peacemaker Teams is beginning a three-month project based in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo city of Goma. A team of four CPTers was scheduled to arrive in early December. Groupe Martin Luther King, a Goma human rights organization, has invited CPT to join them in their work. The initial CPT field team will consist of Cliff Kindy (North Manchester, Ind.), Wendy Lehman (Chicago), Rosemarie Milazzo (Maryknoll, N.Y.) and Jane MacKay Wright (Providence Bay, Ont.).
