OurFaith Digest suspends issue
by OurFaith DigestPrint Article Email to a Friend
The board of directors and editor of OurFaith Digest, met Jan. 22-23 in Harrisonburg, Va. After noting that net income for the magazine decreased more than $23,000 from 2006 to 2007 and that advertising commitments were down for the Spring issue, the group decided to suspend that issue. The group noted rising costs, a weak economy and the rapid switch to electronic media, especially among youth. The directors are expected to deal with the future direction of the ministry in their next meeting, on Feb. 21. —OurFaith Digest
