Ethiopian students (left to right) Beemnet Tilahun, Bethlehem Aragaw and Ruth Burayu perform a religious dance during Hesston (Kan.) College’s annual International Festival March 26. The theme of the 16th annual festival was “Our Religious Celebrations.” The dance occurs during one of the important religious celebrations and festivals for Orthodox Christians in Ethiopia. The dance was part of a program featuring music, skits, dances and information about religious events in the countries of the international students.—Hesston College
